My Sundays

My sundays are pretty low key. The one day I allow my body a little break.

I wake up, eat breakfast, and take my assortment of different supplements and steroids to start my day off great. Then its just a mere 5 hours in my personal Gym. After that I  spend some time with the few friends I have.

It's a pretty simple day, like most, but I love it <3. My jacked and rippling body needs its rest too you know!
